I have been seeing Dr Tassavor almost weekly for a few month now. I would highly recommend Dr Tassavor as he is a knowledgeable and caring doctor with superb bedside manners.

Thought Dr. Tassavor was very thorough and I was happy with this first visit with him. Office staff was also attentive and friendly. My only recommendation (since it’s Spring) is to remove Fall decorations from the secondary office window seating area…makes the office seem like you don’t care how things look. These decorations were probably left by the former office staff, but plenty of time has passed since then for proper cleanup. Mentioned to a staff member and they just said it will be Fall again at some point?!?

Nice and professionally run Dermatologist practice

The day of my appointment, Dr Husain was having trouble with the machine that analysis skin samples. The Doctor kept me informed and had his staff provide updates as my surgery progressed. They did not leave me in a room wondering what was going on but kept me up to date. That was greatly appreciated.

Extremely courteous staff. Appointment ran in fact ahead of time. Dr. Gratch was quickly able to reach a diagnosis and took the time to explain the condition and put to rest all my fears.

Arrived early and wasent seen till 1/2 hrs after appointment time. No one at front desk your left to wait and wonder if there are forms to be filled out. The person who scheduled my appointment told me they had a certain laser I wanted, only for the dr. To say they don’t. After that she was lost. Office is depressed looking and cold. Everything was off.

Dr Camp and the entire team are kind and knowledgeable. They explained the entire procedure step by step which I appreciate. Dr Camp listened to my concerns and provided feedback on what will best fit my needs. Wonderful experience each visit

The only suggestion I would make is to allow the doctor to have an initial, private, one-on-one with the patient. Thereafter, the assistant may be in the room during the continuation of the visit.

Dr. Schadlow has been consistently thoughtful and kind while simultaneously demonstrating her skill and knowledge of medicine. She takes the time to follow up with patients and advises and encourages the patient after a procedure. Dr. Shadlow has a lovely way about her that helps relax all concerned. even when the issues are more serious in nature. After dealing with many issues with my skin over the years, both cosmetic and basal and squamous carcinoma, I highly recommend Dr. Schadlow!

I had gone to a previous doctor. I wasted a lot of important time trying to get treated. I went to MDcsnyc to try and receive better treatment. And that was exactly what I received. Everyone was great and really enhanced my care and gave me a great road map for future treatment.

Love Dr. Kim! Very personable, compassionate and thorough! Billing Dept is very careless in insurance research claiming I have a $35 copay when I have no copays. They also want a charge card on file; with their poor skills, never besides no need to with my insurance. They confused my account with another. Beware! But Dr Kim is well worth the aggravating billing department’s carelessness.

I normally see Dr. Yaval whom I love but my apt had to be changed for a surgery patient so I saw Dr. Camp. He was great. Never met him before but felt like I've known him for years. He was friendly, concerned, thorough and I left saying to the medical assistant "boy he's a breath of fresh air". She answered "yes, we love working with him" Need I say more? This coming from a 35 year Medical Practice Administrator. I know the keepers LOL

All of the staff is amazing. Sarah makes sure your questions are answered and your concerns are addressed! Kayla Is wonderful! She makes you feel like family! I never have to wait long. Everything is explained to you and you are never in the dark. The office is also always quick to respond through their text messaging program.

Dr. Gratch is an outstanding dermatologist. He fully explains everything that he is going to do and is always concerned about the comfort of the patient.

My visit to Dr. Camp was an excellent experience. He always makes sure I am informed of what is happening and has a polite beside manner.

Dr. Schadlow is a gem. She combines everything that a patient would appreciate in an MD. She obviously is extremely knowledgeable about medicine and dermatological issues, as well as treatments. Plus, she has excellent skills. In a world in which doctors are demanded to robotize, she clearly has retained her humanity; she is gentle, considerate, yet efficient. Plus, her skin is a great advertisement for the practice! I had my first skin ca at about 33, I received a certified letter to call the office. I'm not sure why that doctor could not notify me by phone, probably I wasn't home, but she also was very nice. However, it is scary. With all that is going on and has been going on, I know we owe much gratitude to our physicians. Although I might be frightened traveling, once I am being treated by Dr. Schadlow, I am not frightened by whatever her diagnosis is, I KNOW I'M in good hands. I found Dr. Shadlow because i was interested in back up PDT. Not every practice has that equipment. I would highly recommend Dr. Schadlow and her practice!

I’ve had wonderful experiences with Penzi and Alexandropoulos but my experience with Dr. Gratch yesterday was without a doubt the most dehumanizing and dismissive medical interaction I’ve experienced. He barely let me speak, even as I tried explaining my medical history. As he tried to shame me for complaining about my eczema, I mentioned that it’s quite painful now as it’s on my hands. Dr. Gratch’s response was literally “this isn’t insurmountable.” Notwithstanding the attitude, his failure to let me explain my medical history came off as unprofessional and negligent. I’m unsure if I’ll be returning to the practice, but if I do, it will not be to see Dr. Gratch. Please note that this is my experience with Dr. Gratch and not his medical assistant—she was perfectly fine.

Dr. Amin is so proficient in everything he does for his patients. He did Moh’s surgery on my nose to remove a squamous cell carcinoma and had to graft skin to cover the area after the excision. You can hardly tell anything was done!
