Meet Alyssa Kerr, PA-C

Alyssa Kerr, PA-C is a NCCPA board-certified physician assistant at MDCS Dermatology: Medical Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery. Alyssa graduated with her Bachelor of Science in biology and a minor in psychology from High Point University. She then went on to complete her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Hofstra University. Alyssa is a Diplomate Fellow of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and is an active member of the New York State Society of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Alyssa discovered her passion for dermatology at a young age. She was drawn to the intriguing challenges of dermatology and the opportunity to create lasting connections with patients. Alyssa takes a collaborative approach with patients and focuses on creating individualized treatment plans based on patients’ specific concerns and needs. She treats a wide array of common to complex skin conditions for patients of all ages and regularly performs skin cancer screenings. Alyssa is dedicated to helping patients achieve and maintain their medical and cosmetic skin care goals while making them feel confident in their own skin!
